Acquistion

  • Initial meeting with Key Stakeholders

  • Proposed Fee Basis outlined

  • Master planning (study of existing accommodation)

  • Property Brief prepared

  • Circulation of brief to market and agents

  • Options presented to The UpCo – Shortlist Prepared

  • Inspections with client

  • Preferred Option identified – Proposal requested from Landlord / Owner

  • Negotiating of relevant terms (Freehold or Leasehold)

  • Solicitors instructed – The UpCo monitors the transaction through to completion.

Professional

We act for both landlords and tenants in relation to business lease renewals and rent review and regearings. We are highly experienced in this area and work commercially and contentiously to help clients achieve agreement or conclusion of commercial transactions on favourable terms, efficiently and on budget.
